High up against the world-famous Lions Head lies a magnificent, exclusive, 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa that overlooks Bantry Bay, Seapoint and Mouilli Point. The villa is the definition of home living with a view to die for. It is in the perfect location with all the amenities to make your stay spectacular.
With three amazing levels, the villa boasts a total of4 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom and a guest bathroom by the entrance.
One air-conditioned bedroom is located on the middle level with a queen bed and tons of cupboard space with its own full bathroom (bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet, double basin). The middle level features a separate TV lounge, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and large lounge with a wood fireplace for those romantic or colder evenings. A large patio overlooking the pool and breathtaking ocean views of the bay, city views, and Robben Island. A patio dining area and built-in BBQ is also located on the main patio.
Guests can enjoy amazing sunsets daily with views reaching as far as Blouberg or simply look out the back and take a look at Lions Head in your backyard. The views extend even further on the upper level balcony while you enjoy a game of pool or retire to the reading room by a cozy wood fire.
The air-conditioned queen master bedroom with ocean views has direct access to the upper balcony and has a full bathroom (bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet, basin). The second air-conditioned queen bedroom faces to the side of the villa and has its own balcony with full en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet, and basin). The third air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, toilet, basin) and its own private balcony with a direct view of Lions Head.
The pool recreational room is located by the swimming pool on the lower level and has air conditioning and heating. There is a small bathroom with a shower and two bunk beds if anyone wants to have a nap by the pool or if you have more than 8 guests in your travel group. A small lounge is in the room as well as a TV with full DSTV and WiFi.

Security:
There is an electric fence around the entire property. It stays on 24/7 and is connected to the armed response company and villa alarm system.
There is an intercom system with a video cam and gate release button from the mid-level of the villa to the front gate.
The entire villa is covered by an alarm system with 4 keypads – one keypad on each level – of the villa and can be armed when you are gone as well as at night when you are sleeping. The system connects to an armed response unit with a call-out time of 3 min from the moment the alarm activates.
The area is well patrolled as there is several private security guards manning properties on the same road – the road the villa is in is very affluent so security is tops in the area.
Panic buttons is on each set of Villa keys and connected to the armed response company.

Social gatherings and parties are NOT permitted.
Disruptive, anti-social, violent, abusive, and inconsiderate guests will be evicted immediately without compensation for any unused days. My villa is in an affluent area of Cape Town and I expect my guests to be respectful of my neighbors at all times.
The cost for reasonable cleaning of the villa on DEPARTURE has been included in your quoted rate and is marked as “Cleaning Fee”. Excessive cleaning will be reported via the resolution center and will be billed to you.
Stayover cleaning is complimentary on Mon/Wed/Fri, and non-holidays. Additional days can be arranged for an extra fee directly with my cleaning lady.
The funicular lift can NOT be used by rental guests.
