Stylish and spacious, this beautiful Higgovale villa has Table Mountain as a backdrop with the city laid out before it. Designed with space and light in mind plus a constant focus on indoor-outdoor flow, the villa is ideal for relaxing and socializing with family and friends.
Set over three levels, bedrooms take up the middle and upper while gorgeous living areas are found on the lower level. This open-plan space sees a fully equipped kitchen with honed granite tops overlooking the dining area and opening completely to the terrace with large sliding glass doors. Meal preparation takes on a whole new element with it feeling as if the kitchen is positioned in the fresh outdoor air.
The cozy lounge area lies beyond the dining area and is furnished with comfortable couches for cozy relaxing. The indoor and outdoor living areas flow together seamlessly and spill out into the garden and the swimming pool deck beyond.
The superb master suite and second bedroom are located on the upper level with a study between them. The master suite is positioned in the corner with glass doors on both sides sliding right back and opening onto the balcony. Views from here are impressive and mesmerizing. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and dressing areas lead to the en-suite bathroom where the bath provides yet another breathtaking view to be enjoyed. There is also a double shower and double basins in the elegantly designed space.
The second bedroom also has a corner position, this time with a view of Table Mountain. It is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The remaining three bedrooms are on the middle entrance level, all with full en-suite bathrooms and doors opening onto a terrace. Two are furnished with Double four poster beds and one with a Queen-sized bed. There is also a TV and reading lounge on this level leading out to an enclosed astroturf sports courtyard where hours of tennis and soccer can be enjoyed.
