Valley Views is a lovely 4 bedroom villa near Fish Hoek. It overlooks the valley between Fish Hoek and Sun Valley. It is a mere 5 minute drive to the beach of Fish Hoek and a 5 minute drive to Sun Valley shops.

The views are quite lovely from the house and especially from the top floors.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are four levels to the house.

Ground floor level – lounge with opens onto the terrace

Entrance level – kitchen, dining room, bedroom 1, shower room and guest loo.

Level Three – Bedroom 2

Level Four – Bedroom 3 and 4. Two bathrooms (one bath room and one shower room) and a separate toilet. Bedroom 4 is en-suite.

The house has a housekeeper that lives on the premises.

Please note there is no automatic irrigation system in place and the grass tends to go brown in Summer.
