Master bedroom: Floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors provide the most spectacular ocean views. The master bedroom features a walk-in dressing room with plenty of hanging, drawer and cupboard space and a full length mirror.
The master bathroom opens up into a glass covered conservatory, where massive Table Mountain rocks have been retained into the architecture around the free standing bath and shower. A marble floating vanity counter features two basins, towel heater, hair dryer, weight scale and other amenities.
Second bedroom: Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors open up onto a covered patio which leads down through the garden to the pool and entertainment area. The west facing windows provide stunning views of sunsets in the evening.The en-suite includes a vanity counter, shower, basin and toilet.
Third bedroom: Nestled into the table mountain rock structure and situated in a very private and quiet wing of the house. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet and opens up to a glass roof passage way.
All bedrooms have Egyptian cotton bed linen, king size extra length Hungarian goose down duvets, 4 pillows and plenty bath towels available.
Lounge: From the entrance hall, you look over a large open-plan lounge and dining area with breath-taking views extending from the Twelve Apostles mountain range over the Camps Bay Beach and Atlantic Ocean to Lion’s Head and the famous Table Mountain cable car station.
The whole top floor is built with full glass frontal, sliding doors that open out onto a patio which provides fantastic outdoor lounge and entertainment seating and that is covered with a semi-shade wooden pergola and enclosed with a glass roof. On the off-chance of cold weather, the indoor lounge offers a fire place and large plasma Apple TV with surround sound.
Kitchen: The upstairs kitchen is equipped for the gourmet chef and situated across from a six seater dining area and the top patio. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a double fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, bar fridge and beer fridge on outside patio, 4 flame gas cooker with top grill, oven & grill, Quantum Speed microwave and grill, Saeco Royal coffee machine, Breville Toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, juice blender, milk brother, kitchen aide, cutlery and crockery for up to 30 persons, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board and dish washer in adjacent scullery.
Office: A fully equipped office with cinema screen, iMac, printer, and scanner is available for those who need to stay in touch with their business during holidays.
Entertainment: The ground level area opens up to a magnificent fully equipped kitchen, sports bar with TV, indoor/outdoor surround speakers and an outdoor entertainment area. Apple TVs and hidden speakers, controlled from iPad, iPhone or any other Apple device connected to the house network, allow guests to stream music and videos throughout every room in the house. A wooden pergola provides the necessary shade for the outdoor seating and dining area on the hot summer days.
Outside also features a wood braai that is conveniently located on to the kitchen server and also covered by the pergola and glass roof in case of rain. A guest toilet, sauna and indoor shower with natural rock surrounding is also available on the ground floor.
Pool & Deck: The 80,000 litre pool has a shallow, kids and cocktail section, an 8m infinity rim-flow with a floating day bed and a 100m2 suspended wooden deck as well as a water feature on its 1.80m deep end. The back side of the pool feature wall boasts a 6 meter climbing wall which is popular with kids of all ages.
NOTE: The main villa as advertised on this page sleeps 6 persons in 3 en-suite bedrooms. The guest house on the same property adds capacity of another 2 person. If available, the two can be booked together.
