The house is within walking distance from the Camps Bay Beachfront and a 10 minute drive to the V&A Waterfront. Off-street parking for two vehicles. Enter the property through security gates and a lift down to a beautiful long patio with outside lounge seating and swimming pool, covering the full front of the property overlooking the bay.

A large open plan lounge and dining opens through glass doors onto the patio on one side and a well equipped kitchen with separate scullery on the other.

This open plan area leads out onto the 3 bedrooms and separate study which can be converted into a 4th bedroom. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are all opening onto the patio and are served by another 2 bathrooms and one en-suite toilet off the study.

The house has Wi-Fi, 2 large TV’s and all necessary items for a comfortable stay.

The house is also serviced 5 times per week.
