The Love Pad

We are very happy to launch our very first apartment in Clifton. It belongs to a friend who uses it when she feels like escaping to the trendy beaches of Clifton

Why we love it:

It is totally private with sumptuous views as far as the eye can see- which just happens to include all 4 of Cliftons beaches. It is on the beach and has access through the garden gate- just a short stroll home after a day of sun-tanning. The apartment is close to everything and has a private parking bay on the roof top- a very rare treat, even for the residents of this sought after stretch of white sandy beaches and chic cafes and restaurants.

It has just been fully refurbished, Coco Karoo did the interior and it is all light and modern with a slight African feel. It is double volume with a bedroom on the upper level which opens up for views of the sea. Watch the dolphins whilst lazing in bed!

It has everything you need and is really an ideal spot for two with a fully equipped kitchen in case you feel like staying home and cooking. The apartment is open plan with a small fully fitted kitchen.

Includes dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
