Breakfast Buffet consists of tea & coffee, Organic bread, Jam, Honey, marmalade, Plain Bio Yogurt, Organic cereals and granola, as well as a bowl of fresh local fruits, every morning, free of charge.

Agreed John can also fill the fridge with pre ordered goods for the guests, at an extra cost of R300.
RATE TO HOST A WEDDING OR EVENT
We only accept upto 55 – 60 guests in total (Including Tenants)
From 35 to 60, the fee will be R30000.
Below 35 guests, fee will be R20000.
Additional (Mandatory) breakage deposit to be paid of R30000, on top of the venue fee.
Our House Manager and his assistant Bridget can be made available to assist but at an extra cost (going directly to them).
Terms and conditions will apply about the security, noises and hours of operation.
Guest have direct access to the house by the front gate
John, our house manager, will be assisting you during your whole stay.
Lives on the premises but will provide you full privacy as he has a small cottage separate from the house, however he is available anytime he is required.
