Nestled high above Table Bay Beach, our position offers a magnificent view of the surrounding beaches below, Table Mountain and Cape Town itself from a bird’s eye view!
Our sky-high space covers a vast 350 square meters split over two floors. We offer an elegant living room along with a private luxurious pool deck that can only compare to the best of the best in the Cape.
**Please note that due to a Severe Drought in Cape Town, our pools and bathtubs (shower only) are not functional as we have to adhere to strict water restrictions
You really cannot get more exclusive than taking the private elevator from the underground parking lot to the 17th story, only accessible to our astute guests.
Once those elevator doors slip open and you step into our world, take a look to the left where our porthole window beholds a view of Table Mountain only a few have or ever will ever be able to see – it is almost like Table Mountain was placed there for the sole purpose of our Penthouse.
The Penthouse on Beach is booked exclusively for a maximum of 6 guests on a self-catering basis. We are able to stock the penthouse with breakfast essentials before your arrivalat an extra charge and only on advanced notice via our reservations department.
On the lower level you will find our dining area, a smaller lounge area as well as a generously large living room. Our furniture is only of the highest quality, and we have supported local African artists by purchasing original art pieces to add a local flair to our living area, so typical of Cape Town.
By far, our kitchen has the best view in South Africa! Modern in its design, it is fully equipped and also includes a bistro counter. Massive panorama windows allow natural light to stream in as well as offer views of our surroundings below, including the famous Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was held as a prisoner for many years. Take a walk outside onto our deck and you will find yet another comfortable dining area, perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast before tackling a day of sight-seeing in the Mother City.
A modern stairway leads you to our upper floor that accommodates our three superb accommodation rooms, as well as a small lounge.

The Deluxe Room
Our flagship bedroom is the sublime Deluxe Room. With its generous 25 square meter bedroom along with a hallway, vast walk in closest and large en suite opulent bathroom, this is the ideal room for romance.
The views are wide and wonderful. Even lying down in bed, you may let your eyes roam from the beach down to the Bloubergstrand suburb.

The Table View Room
A short, glass walkway spans the gap to the Table View Room: Tall panoramic windows command a breathtaking view of Cape Town and its famous landmark, the Table Mountain. Stretch out on the, queen-size bed and let your eyes roam the sweeping view from side to side. Best of all, the sun rises just behind the Table Mountain, creating a magnificent display of colours … and a good reason to wake up early!
Clear skies and a light breeze… step outside and make yourself comfortable on your furnished terrace, of course… with a view! Even the Table View Room’s bathroom includes the panorama: A bathtub has been fitted with a porthole window facing the Table Mountain!

The Ocean View Room
The no less attractive Ocean View Room has large panorama windows which go right down to the floor and offer a magnificent view out over Bloubergstrand. Settle down on the queen-sized bed and rest your eyes on the endless beach and rolling waves!

Despite the quiet and scenic setting, the Penthouse boasts a centric location. A mere fifteen minutes’ drive takes you to Cape Town’s legendary Waterfront. You are also conveniently close to the Winelands, which can be reached in approximately thirty minutes. Moreover, the Penthouse’s immediate surroundings offer a number of excellent restaurants, boutiques and activities within walking distance.
