Bliss and Harmony villas sit side by side in a quiet leafy cul de sac. The ideal place to accommodate a large group or extended family in comfort, privacy and security.
The villas sit side by side and are 3 metres apart, connected by two separate side doors. They can be used as one 8 bedroom villa or 1 x 4 bedroom villa, 1 x 3 bedroom villa and 1 x garden cottage.
BLISS:
A stunning 4 bedroom Villa maximising space and design. It is a two-storey, modern villa which is well situated in the heart of Newlands, with lovely mountain views especially from the verandah and top floor. It has good security with a central access point for 2 villas and a cottage in a gated cul de sac.
Bliss is perfect for entertaining as well as for family living with its large, open- plan kitchen, lounge and living area which leads through sliding glass doors to the outdoor area.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size four poster bed with an en-suite bathroom with free standing bath. It has lovely views of the forest and mountain and has two balconies.
There are a further 2 smaller bedrooms with their own en-suites. The fourth bedroom is large and has a lovely en-suite too. These rooms lead on to a shared balcony with forest / mountain views. In addition to the superb style throughout, it has good security with an electrified-fence.
Bliss has a sister property called Harmony that can be rented out too. The two properties share the same driveway and sit adjacent to one other, facing north towards Table Mountain, overlooking the gardens. The mountain facing gardens are separated by a low fence. Though both houses are situated close to one another, the design allows for privacy between homes if required, or easy access and movement between the villas if that is the preference. It has good security with a central access point for the villas in the gated cul de sac.
The villa is 10 minutes from Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront. Clifton and Camps Bay beaches are a mere 15 minute drive. Constantia and its wine farms are 15 minutes away. Newlands is fabulous and central area for business travelers or families. There are beautiful forest walks and Kirstenbosch is only a 5 minute drive away. It is in walking distance to the historic Newlands Village and iconic restaurants such as Barristers, Die Wijnhuis and Forrester’s Arms. There are award winning restaurants close by like Greenhouse and La Colombe. And of course there is the famous Newlands Rugby Stadium and Newlands Cricket Grounds nearby.
HARMONY:
Harmony is a fabulous 3 bedroom Villa & 1 bedroom Garden Cottage that is set in a beautiful tranquil area of Newlands. The main house is a two-storey, modern Villa with lovely mountain views especially from the verandah and top floor. The Garden Cottage is a single story space with views across a lush indigenous garden and the pool. Both the Villa and the Garden Cottage are full of original artworks and objet d’art.
Harmony Main House has a lovely open- plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which leads through sliding glass doors to the outdoor area and pool. Upstairs in the main house there are 3 bedrooms all en suite with both shower & bath. The master bedroom is large and spacious with a queen size bed and the en suite bathroom has a free standing bath. It has lovely views of the forest and mountain and has its own private terrace.
There are a further 2 smaller bedrooms en suite (one with a queen size extra length bed and the other a double bed).
Harmony Garden Cottage is a fully contained cottage on the property consisting of 1 bedroom en suite and an open plan lounge, kitchenette and dining room. The lounge houses a single bed which could be used for an extra person.
Harmony and Bliss are perfect for allowing guests to holiday alongside one another, while giving a little bit more room to spread out.
