This luxurious 6 bedroom villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the mountain’s edge of Camps Bay. The entire villa is secured by an alarm system and electric fencing and offers ample parking for visitors and guests. On the second level of the property is the main entertainment area and one bedroom.
The double size living room has seating for 12, and a TV area. The open-plan dining room on the left of the lounge has a large dining table and seating for 12. Further to the left is the spacious kitchen fitted with all the necessary amenities as well as a breakfast bar with seating for 6. This entire room boasts beautiful views of both the mountains and the ocean. The third bedroom is to the right of the living room and past the guest bathroom. This open-plan bedroom and bathroom have a Juliette balcony, single vanity, bath, and shower.
The lower level of the property has a welcoming bar with seating for 6 as well as a comfortable couch that seats 5. To the right of the bar is the fourth open-plan bedroom with a double shower and vanity. It has floor-to-ceiling stacking doors that open onto the outside deck. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are to the left of the bar. They are both open-plan. The fifth room has access to the main outdoor deck and the sixth room has a private deck and access to a separate entrance.
