Sliding doors open out onto the tiled balcony, where sundowners can be enjoyed along with the spectacular view of the ocean almost directly below. The balcony is protected from the worst of Cape Town’s wind, and on warm days a shower outside next to the splash pool will provide a cool respite, or soak up the sun on one of the four sun loungers.

Both bedrooms feature a large projector screen with a built-in sound system for watching TV in bed, built-in cupboards, a king-size bed, a safe and an en suite bathroom. The mattress in the master bedroom provides the perfect comfort for the ultimate sleep after a long day of fun, and the bedrooms are also tiled for barefoot pleasure in summer, plus the en suite bathrooms have heated towel rails.
The master bedroom, tastefully decorated in red, black and white, has a mega-soft shaggy carpet, a comfy couch from which to admire the sea view, and smart bedside lamps for night time reading. Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony with direct access to the pool, and the en suite bathroom has a sizeable round bath perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. The second bedroom boasts elegant silver leaf nightstands and tables, and a modish decorated glass barrier divides the bedroom and the en suite bathroom, which contains a nicely-sized bath, glass enclosed shower, and toilet.
The modern kitchen, with its cream cupboards, light grey speckled countertops and eye-pleasing silver appliances, turns this apartment into the ideal home away from home. It has all the necessary mod cons to make life easier, including a microwave, fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer conveniently out of sight behind cupboard doors.
