Situated in a quiet & quaint side street 50m away from the Cape Town’s famous, vibey Kloof Street, this Victorian inspired residence provides guests with relaxed living with lovely views of Table Mountain.

This high ceilinged, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home makes you feel right at home with full satellite TV, a swimming pool and 2 outside braai/ bbq areas and all the necessary comforts one would require during a summer holidays.

The bedrooms are furnished stylishly yet relaxed, with 1 King and 2 Queen size beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and the second bathroom features a bath and shower.

There is a third bathroom (toilet and shower), with entrance from the pool area – not from within the house for your convenience when outdoors.

The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessary crockery and cutlery and includes a washing machine and dishwasher.

Hofmeyer House is serviced weekly (additional servicing available at an additional cost) and towels and linen are included. Internet access is available at a fee. For your parking convenience there is a secure double garage.

Please note that the pool is not fenced and that small children would need to be supervised at all times.

The V&A Waterfront and Cape Town International Convention Centre are less than a 5 minute drive away. For day-to-day shopping there is a supermarket a few blocks away, and both the Gardens Shopping Mall and Lifestyles on Kloof Centre are within a 10 minute walk.
