Be Aware Of : LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP INFORMATION This villa has a full solar and battery system. All the lights, entertainment system, plugs and gas stove work during load shedding. The air-conditioners and oven do not work during load shedding but each bedroom has back up standing fans which are powered from electric sockets. Additionally, each bedroom and living area is also equipped with a backup gas heater. Note that although children of all ages are allowed, there is an open swimming pool. This villa has a strict ‘no parties’ policy and no unneighbourly noise after 10pm on weekdays and weekends. There is a borehole on the property.
