This is a lovely and spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment in Simonstown with great views on the Yacht Basin and the South African Naval habour. The apartment has an open plan with large kitchen.

Bathrooms: One with a bath and the other with a shower. One bedroom is a double bed and other comes with two single beds. Both bedrooms have great views on the yacht basin.

The dining area and lounge are spacious. Just walk out to a patio with views. On the patio is a gas braai and dining table. The kitchen is well fitted with everything you would expect. And if you have special needs, let us know and we will get it for you. There’s DStv and WiFi on request.

As I said the apartment is on the third floor of a small apartment building. All entrances are secured with intercom and there secure parking. It’s about ten mins walk to the village, but the walk back is steep. Seaforth beach is about 10 – 15 mins walk.

But just relax after a fun day on the patio watching the sun set will bring you peace of mind you would expect from a quiet corner apartment and you are on the top floor facing north with the sun setting over the mountain on your right shoulder.
