This quaint, romantic and lovely one bedroom holiday is situated in a quite, safe lane within walking distance to Newlands Forest, restaurants and shops. It has a beautiful, sunny open plan living area with double doors leading onto a terrace with magnificent tree ferns – ideal for outdoor entertaining.

All appliances are neatly stored in cupboards (dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer). The cottage has the feeling of a New York or London apartment. It has been used for sophisticated film shoots.

This is a very peaceful, secure and convenient place to stay. As we mentioned. It’s walking distance to good restaurants, the Newlands forest for safe and beautiful walks, shops of all descriptions.

Upmarket laundry next door (and Vida coffee)…hairdresser, beauty spa etc.

Also walking distance to The Vineyard Hotel with its magnificent gardens and excellent food.

Can you be more central to all the attractions Cape Town has to offer? I think not.

Interaction with guest: As and when required. The neighbor has the key, will meet you and greet you. And will address your issues if you have any.

Parking is off street, or in the underground parking across the road. (You can park in the lane if you come home late at night, but must move by 8am). Across the road is a paid parking spots.
