Beautiful old Victorian Sea Point home, located close to all amenities. Walking distance to Sea Point Promenade and various restaurants.

The property includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with shower only and one family bathroom with shower and bath). Two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

Other features include double lounge with fireplace, kitchen with 8 seater dining room table which leads onto an entertainment area with solar heated swimming pool and braai area. The swimming pool area leads on to a larger deck with synthetic grass and greenery. The lounge area leads onto a wrap around stoep with small front garden and jungle gym. There is also an oversized remote controlled double garage. Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has a 32inch TV with DSTV and DVD player. Security entails an electric fence around the property and see through burglar bars on all the windows.

All doors are secured with security gates and trelli-doors. There is no alarm. We have had no security issues to date. Housekeeping twice a week. This is family home for a family of 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids) or maximum 4 adults.
