The house includes three bedrooms upstairs, two with their own bathrooms (with showers only). Both the double bedrooms have outside balconies, one with a Sea and Stadium view and the other, with a view of signal hill.

Downstairs, there is an additional bedroom with double bed and a small bathroom. Moreover, there is a guest loo, garage, living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped laundry room and French doors which open onto a lovely, sunny deck.
