Constantia Vista is a lovely villa hidden in a cul de sac in Upper Constantia in the exclusive Hohenort area. It is a well-appointed, single-story home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeping 12. It has its own supply of borehole water to the villa.
The living areas connect easily and lead onto the covered terrace and pool area that make for great summer entertaining. This is ideally suited to families or groups visiting Cape Town looking for a luxurious retreat to further explore the Cape.
To the left of the entrance is the Living area wing and comprises of an open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area. This area then opens onto a fabulous covered terrace with further lounging and dining areas overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens.
To the right of the entrance is the TV room and from this room there are 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite with a private living area. There are 3 further double bedrooms (one is a twin) with great views of the garden. There is also a new teen pad for playing pool.
These 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms both with showers and toilet. The cottage is separate to the villa with separate access. It has a small kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
This villa is recommended for guests wanting to rest and unwind in great comfort.
