This beautiful 3 bedroom home is situated in the heart of one of Cape Town’s vibrant suburbs and has a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as a view of the famous Green Point Stadium.

The walkway leading up to the main house has a fresh hedge of jasmine that during the summer time blooms beautifully, greeting you with their sweet, pleasant scent. The entire house has magnificent pressed ceilings and a great easy flowing layout. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a fireplace and en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean and city.

The second Bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom (bath and shower) with the third bedroom.
Bedroom 3 has queen size bed and a study desk complete with a bookshelf, computer and phone plus air con and French doors that lead out to a serene little garden.

The open plan kitchen is French styled with an arch shaped breakfast nook, which is adjacent to the dining area that has an 8-seater table. It is also next to the formal lounge that has a cozy fireplace and beautiful comfy couches plus a TV room with a large flat screen, complete with full DStv and WiFi.

The exterior of the house has amazing greenery all around, a little plunge pool over looking the sea and a 6-seater area on the patio that also has breathtaking views of the sea and city.

The garden is self-caring and has irrigation though a gardener may come through once a week on Thursdays.
Housekeeping is also available 2 times a week. There is ample off-street parking.
