With the holidays just about in full swing, Cape Town Summer Concerts 2016/2017 give us the perfect excuse to enjoy some good music out in the fresh air. The first and biggest summer concerts taking place over the last decade has been Kirstenbosch Gardens‘ Sunday summer sessions, which have brought a number of local and international acts to the large grassy lawn of the iconic gardens. In more recent years, other parks and outdoor areas have also begun to offer a seasonal line-up. De Waal Park (and now Wynberg Park) offers free concerts, while Paul Cluver Estate also have an excellent schedule over the summer months.
