You will find the 3rd bedroom and 4th bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the bottom floor.
The bottom area has its own lounge with kitchen and deck. And obviously views.
The top and bottom areas are independent from each other with an inter-leading staircase making it ideal should you need some privacy.
The property also offers two outside showers ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The beach and restaurants are a brisk walk down but the unfit will find it not easy walking back.
As you know Scarborough is exactly what Camps Bay is not. Here you find nature and nature, down to earth people who surf, drink coffee, eat good food without the Atlantic Seaboard bling.
