This modern renovation of a 1920’s house is uniquely situated against the mountain on the quite side of Kalk Bay where you can enjoy sweeping views across False Bay. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms stretching across 2 levels.

Upstairs, on the main level, you find large flowing spaces and modernized rooms. Both spacious bedrooms upstairs are en-suite. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen all have spectacular views of the mountain and ocean and lead out onto the garden against the maintain. Here you will find a natural pool to cool off in. (This pool uses 100% natural filtering and no chemicals so it is not your traditional pool)

Out here, once again, you will be able to enjoy the fantastic views. A staircase will lead you to the lower level, which is still part of the original home. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, so it is the ideal space for a family or group who do not mind moving through each others space.

The lower level also has a small kitchenette that leads out to a private garden area..

The house has a double garage, but the cul de sac offers plenty of extra off-street parking.
