The kitchen and scullery are separate from the open plan dining area and lounge. The lounge leads to an outside dining area on the balcony with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain. The main dining area leads to a sunroom with casual seating, with an additional dining area available with seating for 8 around a glass table.

The sunroom leads out to the backyard that boasts a large garden and an additional separate entertainment area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, the third with two single beds – both have en-suite bathrooms. The final bedroom is near the entrance of the property and has a queen-size bed as well. There are 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite with the fourth a shared bathroom situated between two of the bedrooms.
