The apartment invites guests to relax and recharge. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, leading onto a balcony, which offers views of the Atlantic. Have a sundowner, or coffee, whilst watching the passing ships. 500m from the Sea Point promenade – close enough to hear the soothing sound of crashing waves. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom (bath and shower). The second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom has a bath. The large kitchen has all the necessary amenities.

Guests are able to enjoy some of the best activities and natural beauty attractions in Cape Town.

Sea Point is a mix of African and European flavours and is considered to have the most incredible vibe in Cape Town, offering several chic restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. Take a walk on the Promenade along the coastline and watch the most amazing sunsets. Most of what is on offer, is within walking distance of the apartment. These include electric bicycles and scooters. For the daring, paragliding off Lion’s Head. Paragliders are often seen floating past the apartment. Kayaking from Mouille Point.  Kayakers in the area sometimes encounter close views of otters, dolphins and whales.

Supermarkets, a farmer’s market – (weekends only), delis and pharmacies are all close by.

If you’re in the mood to experience a little more of the Mother City, the famous V&A Waterfront is located a mere 4 km from the apartment. This is a working port with a Waterfront shopping centre, which caters for all your shopping, eating and fun things to do.  There is a ferris wheel, which shows one the most spectacular views of the area. Within the Waterfront, one can book a boat or catamaran ride, sunset cruises, an amazing aquarium, which Is unique and unlike any aquarium you have ever seen.  There is a launch pad for helicopter rides, which cater for long or short flights. This could be for views only, or can be extended to a trip to a wine farm. Wine farms are in abundance in Cape Town and many are located close to the apartment. With your own, or hired vehicle, venture out to wine farms further afield and to the towns or Stellenbosch and Franschoek.

Table Mountain, is an absolute must and should be seen at its best when the weather is good.  A rotating cable car sends you to the top of the mountain, with a nice easy walk and breath-taking views of the Cape Town coastline.
