This villa borders on a nature reserve and is both private and safe, with full home and audio automation, electric fencing and thermo-camera technology monitored off-site. The villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, of which all are en-suite.

On the ground level there is a superb lounge area which leads onto the swimming pool and bar facilities. The bar includes an ice machine, making it perfect for entertaining. The fourth bedroom is also situated on this level, as well as the incredible wine cellar. The kitchen and living areas are found on the second floor and open up onto a wrap-around balcony, which provides the ideal location to take in the superb mountain and partial sea views, which are only obscured by beautiful greenery, making the villa even more private.

The third level is where the remaining en-suite bedrooms are situated, including the master bedroom which has balcony access.
