As with any travel, pricing will vary quite a bit depending on when you plan to travel and where. In Cape Town, December through February is the busiest for both local and foreign travellers. Book well in advance for travel over the Easter holiday also, to avoid missing out on the best Cape Town has to offer.
Try booking during the months of April through September for the lowest rates. Cape Towns Winter months, (known affectionately as the green seaon) offers a wide range of lower priced accommodation. The winter months do get slightly chilly, but don’t be suprised to find first class beach days in between.
