ABOUT THE HOUSE
As well as recliners, couches and chairs, the covered balcony has a large dining table which makes for the perfect al fresco, moonlight dining experience. The sizable open plan lounge, opens on to the balcony, so the whole living area is full of natural light. Making it equally as wonderful for entertaining in the evening as it is for lounging in the day. There is also an additional dining area indoors with AC and heating. There is a second lounge so if you travelling with a larger group, it gives you the option to relax and chill or to catch some of the over 70 satellite channels on offer.
The master bedroom is of presidential quality, with a king sized bed, walk in closet, a generous en suite and of course the sensational sea view. All other bedrooms have either king or queen sized beds and all, but one have a sea view.
The ground floor is home to the pool and patio area that is designed for maximum relaxation and calm. An open plan sun lounge opens up to manicured gardens and a sparkling pool that is encased from the world outside with lush foliage and a rustic retaining wall. With loungers, patio furniture and a kitchenette, it’s the ideal space for a leisurely brunch or afternoon cocktails before heading upstairs for sundowners and that view. Unusually for villas in Cape Town, the pool is heated which means you can enjoy a swim all year round.
All this and within walking distance to some of the best cafes, bars and boutiques on Camp’s Bay’s Blue Flag beachfront.
