The first floor has two outdoor seating areas set out as a formal and informal outdoor space, with mature trees and umbrellas for shade, the frameless glass balustrading ensures perfect views.

Upstairs boasts two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second bedroom can sleep 4 children and has its own large play area. The master bedroom has an en suite with bath and shower as well as a dressing area and its own private view deck.
