This home is very much an outside inside house. Walking through the front door, flows the informal lounge area and further on, a relaxing outdoor area with seating for 6-8 people with coffee table. A large dining table and chairs seats 10 people, normally all meals are eaten outside in summer, overlooking the swimming pool, garden and tennis court.
The interior has a feeling of clean open plan living. Beautiful colorful art adorns the walls. European modern contemporary furniture and lamps fill the house giving it a chic comfortable feeling.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom comprising of toilet, shower, bath and convenient outside shower. There is aircon in the master bedroom. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a king sized bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There is a guest toilet in the house.
The kitchen is well stocked with most appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine. The scullery and laundry run off the kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The TV area, with DSTV, has one large sofa plus chair with ottoman. Outside the house is a separate flatlet, on the same level with 2 single beds, lounge area including TV and cool bathroom with toilet, shower and Victorian bath.
The swimming pool has 4 stylish modern loungers with large day bed. There are 2 round cocoon seats with pillows to read and relax in. 2 massive self opening and closing umbrellas. Down at the tennis court there is a concrete gazebo where one can enjoy G&T’s and watch the game in the shade. Parking for 2 cars under the shade cloth in the driveway.
The property is highly secured with an alarm, beams and cameras and close neighbours on either side. It is monitored 24 hours by an off-site company called Verifer.
The in-house housekeeper, Emily and Moir, gardener are both employed at the time of the rental. The housekeeper can sleep in for the duration of the rental, if the outside dwelling is not utilized or she will come on a daily basis when it is occupied. You will also find a trampoline and kids football in the garden area.
