Chennels Villa is a Cape Dutch style 4 bedroom villa set in the quite leaf suburb of Tokai.

The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms. The 2 main bedrooms are en-suite with king size beds. The main bedroom has an extra large king size bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have double beds and share a bathroom with bath and shower.

The owner would like to use the 4th bedroom as a storage room, but this can be used as a bedroom is requested.
The villa has ceiling fans and there is always a cool breeze that runs through the villa.

There is uncapped ADSL/wireless through out the house but the signal is not so strong in the back area. There is a booster in the kitchen. The dining room leads onto a formal lounge area and a door to the kitchen with a dining table that seats 10 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and a good size for any keen chef.

The Large TV/Family room with vaulted ceiling, Flat screen TV and Hi-fi system, DSTV, DVD player. Large L-shaped sofa and 2-separate chairs. Leading out to 2nd covered patio. There is a large veranda with a built in braai. Perfect for entertaining on a sunny day.

There is a double garage: remotes for each door, access to house from laundry room. Parking for 1small car on driveway.
Domestic: 3x per week on Monday, Wednesday & Friday (off on Public Holidays) Hours-8-4: 30
