HOW IT WORKS
- To enter, you must submit your details via our application
- You are then also automatically entered into the lucky draw where you stand a chance to win the prizes
- The cometocapetown.com 25k competition will run from 15 August 2014 to 15 September 2014
- Winners of the lucky draw prizes will be randomly selected on 19 September 2014 and contacted by cometocapetown.com to notify and arrange for collection of the prizes
- Share the competition on Facebook with your friends and email them the link to the competition so they can share in the fun with you!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions set out below apply to all participants entering the “cometocapetown.com 25k” competition conducted by cometocapetown.com. By entering the competition as per the process set out above, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- The competition commences on 15 August 2014 and ends on 15 September 2014
- All South Africans are allowed to enter this promotion. Competition is only open to RSA residents
- Parent/guardian permission will be necessary for all persons aged under the age of 16
- Entry to the competition means supplying your Full Name, Email Address
- These details will not be given or sold to any third parties and will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and sending / communicating specials/promotions. You can read more in our Private Policy section of our website Terms and Conditions
- All personal information entered will be treated as strictly confidential by Cometocapetown.com
- Multiple entries are not permitted
- You may not use a false Email Address or Cellphone Number
- In order to be eligible to win a prize, customers must have entered correct details
- The R250 Discount Online Coupon entitles you to R250 discount off your next booking at cometocapetown.com
i. Only ONE coupon may be used per purchase occasion
ii. The coupons are not transferrable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash
- The R250 Discount Online Coupon is valid until 31 December 2014. Cometocapetown.com is not responsible for any coupons not used in that time period
- After the closing date of 15 September 2014, competition coupons will no longer be issued. This competition coupon is only for entrants into the competition and will not be issued after 15 September 2014
- By entering the competition on or before 15 September 2014 you will be automatically entered into our lucky draw
- Even if you received a R250 Discount Online Coupon, you will still be eligible to win any of the other prizes in the lucky draw
- The draw will take place on 19 September 2014
- The winners will be selected randomly from the total number of entrants and will be contacted by Cometocapetown.com via Email
- Cometocapetown.com shall not be liable if they are unable to contact the winners within 48 hours of being drawn for any reason whatsoever. In this instance, Cometocapetown.com may draw a new entrant from the eligible entries
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into
- To claim your prize, you must have a valid South African ID book
- Cometocapetown.com reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel the competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Cometocapetown.com reasonably deems necessary. All participants agree to waive (give up) any rights they may have in terms of this Competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse of any kind against Cometocapetown.com
- The prizes may not be awarded if entry procedures or these terms and conditions have not been adhered to or if Cometocapetown.com detects and/or suspects any irregularities or fraudulent practices
- Cometocapetown.com reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time, without any notice being given to those participating
