50 Victoria Road, Clifton flows from Victoria Road down to Clifton First Beach on several levels. There are four apartments which are collectively known as The Villa, Namely – The Beach House and Studio, The Palm, The Terrace and The Pied d’ Terre. All the apartments are connected by an elevator, but are self contained; thus can be rented as individual units, or the Villa may be rented in its entirety. The total capacity of the Villa is 12 suites, accommodating 24 people.

On the top level, this open plan studio appartment flows onto an intimate balcony with fabulous sea views. Dine outside as the sun sinks into the Atlantic Ocean. Inside a decadent sofa in rich velvet and faux crocodile skin and a dark wood dining table. The bedroom and stylish bathroom are revealed behind sliding Plantation shutters. A colour palette of creams and whites is inspired with shades of sensual chocolate and indigo blue.
