The house is all on one floor with a wonderful indoor / outdoor feel and many different areas to find your own space. The main living area is open plan with a lounge (with 74inch Smart TV), dining table and further bar / kitchenette (with ice maker and wine fridge) for convenience when spending all your days outside. There is also a sun room by the bar with a telescope for whale watching!
The house comprises a master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and balcony with sea and mountain views. The master bedroom has a King bed, extra length, air conditioning and plenty of cupboard space. The views are spectacular, both of the sea and Lions head. There are then three further bedrooms along the same corridor (2 twin rooms and one double), and these rooms share a bathroom (bath and shower). They are all equipped with air conditioning and look onto the garden and Lions Head behind. Between all the bedrooms is a pyjama lounge with TV and there is a further guest loo in the entrance hallway. All bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails.
The 5th bedroom is accessed from the garden and is an independent suite with its own kitchenette / mini lounge, and terrace. Perfect for older children or Grand-Parents who might want their own space. This room has a Queen bed, extra length.
Outside lies a large deck with comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor dining table (covered), sun loungers, and last but not least a beautiful heated swimming pool with an electric child-proof pool cover. The garden is a delight with sea and mountain views from every angle. The perfect place to spend the summer days. There is a built-in wood braai and also a gas braai (BBQ).
The property covers over 2500SQM and includes a mountain stream running through an indigenous garden on the other side of the driveway. There is also a jungle gym here. The house is surrounded by greenery and is extremely quiet and peaceful.
