Welcome to the second edition of the V&A Waterfront Motor Show which offers guests an opportunity to get up close and see some of the world’s most exotic automobiles. Expect to see everything from Lexus and McLaren to Porsche and Aston Martin. The show is presented by Nedbank Private Wealth is scheduled to take place at the Silo District from 9 am to 4 pm. The entrance to the event is free of charge.

2 Dancing Queens: Abba Tribute Yacht Party (November 16)
Want to party hard in Cape Town this weekend? Join the incredible Dancing Queens – The Abba Tribute Show Party Cruise and hop aboard one of South Africa’s most luxurious yachts. This 3-hour party cruise departs from V&A Waterfront and takes you to the Clifton Beaches. Enjoy gin and tonic tastings, as well as sunset cocktails and light snacks. Tickets for the event cost R850 per person, while the family ticket for 4 will set you back R2,800.

3 Liefde by die Dam (November 16)
If you love music, don’t miss out on the popular Liefde by die Dam concert at the Meerendal Wine Estate in Durbanville this weekend. Named after the famous hit song by Valiant Swart, Liefde by die Dam showcases some of the best music from South Africa. The amazing line-up included names such as Die Heuwels Fantasties, Francois van Coke, Early B, Arno Carstens, Majozi, Karlien van Jaarsveld, Snotkop, and Loki Rothman. Feel free to bring along a blanket and leave it behind at the end of the festival for the less privileged. In case you get hungry, some of the most popular food traders from South Africa will be here.

4 Beer, Wine & Cheese Festival 2019 @ Kelvin Grove Club (November 16)
There are many amazing events taking place in Cape Town this weekend and the Beer, Wine & Cheese Festival at the Kelvin Grove Club is definitely one of them. More than 35 wineries are showcasing their finest products and many breweries are offering their local craft beers. Tickets for the festival cost R150 per person and include free tastings, a lucky draw ticket, and a beer tasting glass.
