9 The Village

This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (main en suite with bath, shower in 2nd bathroom) apartments sleep four (one queen size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the courtyard bedroom).

On advance request, an extra bed for a 5th person can be provided in the spacious living area.

The main bedroom and open plan kitchen/dining/lounge open with sliding doors onto a spacious balcony (first floor) with patio furniture and a portable barbeque. From here you have breath-taking sea, beach and mountain views.

This fully self-catering apartment comes equipped with all you will need in the kitchen, including fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, stove and hob, toaster, kettle, iron, cutlery, crockery and glasses and pots and pans. The modern dining table seats six. Linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

For your entertainment there is Satellite TV.

Residents enjoy use of “The Village” large indoor heated pool and there is 24 hour security.

The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, a 100m walk from the beautiful Hout Bay beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The apartment is not serviced.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
