Located at the quieter end of Loader Street and tastefully designed this home is ideal for couples or small families with two air-conditioned bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The red entrance hallway passes the ground floor bedroom which has a Cape Town scenic view on wallpaper; this room can be made up as King or Twin. The bright open plan living and dining area has sliding glass doors that opens onto a wrap around court yard connecting the walled fountain garden. This area, with deck and seating, is also accessed from the fully fitted kitchen.

Upstairs the shower bathroom is opposite the air-conditioned master bedroom that has a balcony looking down onto the walled garden and surrounding cottages.
