The 3 bedrooms are in a separate wing of the house and can be secured with a gate at night.
The main en-suite room, with kings size bed, has its own private garden with outdoor shower. The bathroom has a double bath, shower, and bidet.
The other two rooms comprise of a double bed and 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with bath and shower.
The outdoor room is accessed from the pool courtyard and has its own private bathroom with shower. The room also has a TV linked to DSTV.
Going upstairs you will find a dec area that looks out onto the mountains behind Bantry Bay. Out here is where you can braai and enjoy your meals outdoors.
Further up you will find a lovely large study area where you can get some quiet time if you need to read a book or get some work done.
You will find yourself drawn to the top level of the house where the large deck, with couches, overlooks the ocean.
You may even want to hang up the hammock and have a lazy afternoon watching the sunset.
The house can be accessed from Queens Road or Portman Road giving you ease of entry in the busy summer months with ample parking space on both sides.

No need to get stuck in traffic or look for parking. A 5 minute walk will take you to the beach, shops and restaurants in Sea Point. A 15 minute walk will get you to the famous Clifton.
