This spacious 2nd floor apartment has spectacular sea, beach and harbour views and direct beach access from the building.
It boasts 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 2 single beds) sleeping 4 people.
There are two bathrooms. The main en suite with bath and the other bathroom has a shower.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen leads off the open plan dining and living area.
There is a dining area with dining room table and chairs which leads to the lounge with comfortable couches and Satellite TV.
The doors of the lounge open to a sunny balcony with barbeque and garden furniture and fabulous beach and sea views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, oven and hob with extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Linen and bath towels are provided.

Residents enjoy use of “The Village” large indoor heated pool and there is 24 hour security.

The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, a 100m walk from the beautiful Hout Bay beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The apartment is not serviced.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
A refundable breakage deposit of R2,000 is payable.
