……. or take a drive around the coast to Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay, Bakoven, Hout Bay, over Chapman’s Peak, Misty Cliffs, Kalk Bay, Simonstown, Noordhoek and don’t forget the wild penguins at Boulders Beach.

• This apartment is our home so we have a few locked cupboards but otherwise, the entire space is yours.
• Maximum 4 Guests only!
• Direct access to the apartment via elevator from the secure parking

Other things to note
• SPECIAL Rate – NO additional Cleaning Fees – We are currently offering a Special Rate for you to enjoy! This includes your Exit Clean (usually R750), and for stays longer than a week we offer a free weekly / mid-stay Service Clean (usually R450)
• No Smoking is permitted in the apartment or on the balcony – please honour this.
• FREE Wifi and secure underground Parking
• It is hereby agreed that any / all damage to the property will be paid in full by the Guest, even if a “Terms and Conditions/Lease Agreement” has not been signed, or a Damage Deposit has not been received —–
Most importantly – Please take good care of our apartment as if it were your own, it is our home and we treasure it. Thank you x
• Terms and Conditions / Lease Agreement to be signed before check-in
• A Damage Deposit of ZAR5000 is payable before check-in and returned in full a few days after check-out, should there be no damages
• Please No Noise Disturbance after 10 pm
• Please hang wet towels, laundry, wetsuits over the 2x clothes racks provided and not over the fence/balcony wall
• The wind may be hectic at times (kite-surfing heaven) so please keep the umbrella folded down and securely fastened & the balcony chairs folded up – and place all undercover in the balcony alcove when not in use and in windy conditions – thanks!
• Please double lock all doors and close all windows before leaving the apartment
• Please also ensure all lights (and heater if in use) are off – this saves the environment and electricity.
