The bedroom and open plan kitchen/dining/lounge open with sliding doors onto a spacious patio on the ground floor with patio furniture and a portable barbeque. From here you have breath-taking sea, beach and mountain views.

This fully self-catering apartment comes equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, stove and hob, cutlery, crockery, linen and Satellite TV.

Residents enjoy use of “The Village” large indoor heated pool and there is 24 hour security.

The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, a 100m walk from the beautiful Hout Bay beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The apartment is not serviced.
