Cape Town is a small city, comparable to Nice in France, or Haifa in Israel. The total land area is 2,455km2
Travelling between areas is simple provided you have a car, and most areas are accessible within 20 – 30 minutes.
Some of the more popular areas surrounding the city itself include the City Bowl, Atlantic Sea Board (including Sea Point & Green Point, Camps Bay & Clifton) Southern Suburbs, Constantia Valley, and Hout Bay. All of these areas are within 10 – 20 minutes drive of the city. Whilst False Bay coast, and the wineland regions are further afield, they are still within 30 – 40 minutes driving distance.
